Dik Yah got her driver's license!

Assalamualaikum

So among one of the things that Abah settled before he passed away is getting a license for the 20 year old Dik Yah and she got it...like finally. She has been postponing this for 2 years already...kept saying that she doesn't need a license since she's the youngest. Everyone can drive her anywhere she wants. -______- You know, we're not your driver.

Again, this is one of Allah's best planned for us. Emak, has always been the one to drive her to and fro UiTM. Every Thursday Emak will go to pick her up and Emak will then send her back on Monday morning....but now, since Emak is on edah, she can't go out for 4 months so the timing is just perfect, Dik Yah can now drive herself.

Her license is not even one month old so Emak was a bit reluctant to let her drive her car to Shah Alam herself. solution? Kakak to the rescue! I was assigned as her co-driver.  -_______- So to send this precious youngest daughter to UiTM, we need to bring 2 cars, One, which sits me and Dik Yah, another is driven by Faiz who will then fetch me to go back to Rawang. See what I mean, precious.

How did she do? Like any normal less-than-one-month-license's-holder. She drove approximately 70km/h on highway (Guthrie to make it worst), hardly took over any cars, parked outside the line and what else, oh put the gear on D when she needed to reverse! Alhamdulillah that I survive guys Alhamdulillah.

Emak would freaked out whenever she's outside (read: other than home or UiTM). She got an earful one time for being at Giant. Faiz was also scolded the other day for asking Dik Yah to stop by kedai Ustaz before she came home. If Emak could control everything, she would have wanted Dik Yah to ONLY drive to and fro UiTM no detour allowed! -______-"
